Freshness policy and commit token types used by projected queries. Projected-query freshness policy (ADR-0086 §3).

Wait/retry loops and wall clocks live outside the deterministic engine; the policy is a pure data shape the service layer interprets.

Causal

Serve only once the projection frontier satisfies token.

Fields

Required causal fence.

max_wait: Duration

Maximum wait budget interpreted by the service wait loop.

Bounded

Serve only if head-to-frontier lag is within max_lag_sequences.

Fields

max_lag_sequences: u64

Maximum allowed sequence distance (head − frontier).

Available

Serve the current published snapshot, reporting its frontier.
